Patio Upgrade with Cedar Soffit and Skylights

Project Overview
This project involved creating a sleek and modern outdoor space with a 12' x 58' patio cover. We installed a custom tongue-and-groove cedar soffit for a beautiful, natural finish. The patio also received electrical upgrades to accommodate new lighting and electric skylights, offering both style and functionality. The exterior of the home was revamped with new V350 black windows and fresh exterior paint in “Black Magic,” giving it a bold and elegant look. Additionally, we installed a new dark grey concrete patio, a kynar metal roof, and black gutters to tie the entire look together. This transformation provided the homeowners with a highly functional and visually appealing outdoor living space.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Fir Construction! From the first day we met Josh, he helped us envision the potential for our home.
